Kerry Community Awards 2022

These annual awards were made at packed gathering at the Dromore Hotel in Killarney last night. Twenty community groups had been selected from an entry of over one hundred to go into the final. Lyreacrompane Heritage Group was amongst the finalists and came away with a silver award and a cheque for €500. A large group from Lyreacrompane attended the sit-down meal and heard speeches from a number of invited guests including Moira Murrell, Manager, Kerry County Council.
